Meet Our Team
For over 30 years Kalem Shaheed has assisted individuals and small businesses with their tax service needs. He launched his career as a professional tax preparer at one of the most recognizable U.S. tax preparation franchise companies.
His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish his own tax preparation and filing business in 1987, where he began using process audit techniques to help clients improve their financial conditions.
Kalem has extensive training, knowledge, and experience in preparing state and federal tax returns. He provides bookkeeping and accounting services for small businesses. He helps filers with employer information returns, payroll filings, franchise tax reports, state and city tax returns, and more.
Kalem stays informed of changing IRS tax law through self-study. Additionally, he attends classes, workshops and seminars on current tax issues. Kalem holds a B.S. in Occupational Education with a Business concentration from Wayland Baptist University.

Lateefah Shaheed is a business savvy team player who wears many hats in the company. She provides both the front-end and back-end administrative support services needed to run a successful small business. She is a tax professional, payroll specialist, and Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor.
Lateefah thoroughly enjoys building positive client relations and keeping abreast of the latest industry changes. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and a M.A. in Professional Development from Amberton University.
