Kalem Shaheed

For over 25 years Kalem Shaheed has been assisting individuals and small businesses with their tax service needs. His beginnings as a professional tax preparer started at one of the most recognizable tax preparation franchise companies. With an entrepreneurial spirit, he later established his own tax preparation and filing business. Kalem has extensive training, knowledge, and experience in preparing state and federal tax returns. He provides bookkeeping and accounting services for small businesses. He helps filers with employer information returns, payroll filings, franchise tax reports, state and city tax returns, etc. Kalem uses process audit techniques to help clients improve their financial condition. In addition to self study of IRS tax code, he stays informed on current and changing tax law by attending classes, workshops and seminars. Kalem holds a B.S. in Occupational Education with a Business concentration from Wayland Baptist University.

Lateefah Shaheed

Lateefah Shaheed holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and a M.A. in Professional Development from Amberton University. Lateefah has been preparing individual income tax returns since 2003. For small businesses, she prepares quarterly federal tax returns as well as federal/state annual unemployment forms, W-2 forms, 1099 forms and more. As an income tax professional, Lateefah has extensive experience in researching tax topics. She keeps abreast of the latest tax law changes by attending IRS Nationwide Tax Forums along with studying income tax literature.
