Shaheed & Associates was organized in 1987 as a sole proprietorship with the primary objective to assist clients with the preparation of individual and business tax returns. In 1991, we began participation in the IRS electronic filing program. Our services include tax preparation, electronic filing of returns that we prepare and the electronic filing of returns that others prepare.
